This is the time whereby the key of success is focusing on mobilization, including the hotel management software.  For instance, there is mobile apps that enabling mobile check in and out for both your guests and staff. These functions had substantially enhance the services provided by a hotel. Other than Front Desk Function, the hand-held application also extended to the hotel housekeeping operation, specifically the housekeeping apps and mobile web, which able to increase staff efficiency and reduce cost.


It’s a daily routine in most hotels, maids on the lookout for rooms to clean, guests leaving late, which leads to the always annoying morning knocks on the guest’s door. The hotel housekeepers could update the room status using their mobile device once the cleaning is done.

2.  Room Status Update
The hotel housekeepers will be alerted for any check-out or dirty room from the Hotel Front Desk System via their mobile device. They could also check the status for every room in real time.


3.  Maintenance Report
The hotel housekeepers are able to report and keep informed about any maintenance for the rooms through their mobile devices.
